A must have for sharpening edges. 90 and 88 degree sharpening tool.

Tuning Instructions:
1. Place board or skis in a vise to secure and clean base with a fresh hot wax job and scrape or use ONE MFG Base Cleaner.
2. Check the side and base edges for burrs. Rub a ceramic, diamond or gummy stone over the area to remove burrs in preparation for edge shaping.
3. Use the ONE MFG Edge Tool to sharpen side edges. Start from the tip and pull smoothly with firm pressure to the tail. Do this in smooth passes until the edges are sharp. Repeat on the other side. Remember to flip the file around so that the teeth face the proper direction... look for the arrow.
4. If you like your board or skis to be catch-free in the tip and tail, then de-tune using a de-burring stone to round the edges on the tip and tail. Start on the edges as they curve up into the tail and nose and file down approximately 1.5" past the edge contact point as your base lays flat.
5. For really sharp edges, take a fine diamond stone or polishing stone and go over the edge again using the same technique.
6. If you like to jib rails and boxes, don't sharpen your edges too much to keep them catch free!
PRO TIP:
When you place the edger on your edge. The number of degrees on the tool which is below the file is the number of the bevel the guild is delivering to your edge.

- to other regions in Greece, within 2-3 (two to three) business/working days of dispatch of the Goods to the carrier. Excluded are remote locations, where orders can be delivered within 2-4 (two to four) business/working days.
- to destinations outside Greece but within Europe, within 4-7 (four to seven) working days as of dispatch of the Goods to the carrier
And
- to destination outside Europe within 5-10 (five to ten) working days as of dispatch of the Goods to the carrier.
- Subject to any special charges expressly provided for in the Online Store and in any event in the confirmation of your order, the shipping costs in general have as follows:
- For orders totaling more than 60€ (VAT inclusive) shipping is FREE of charge all over Greece.
- For orders < 60€ (VAT inclusive) the shipping cost is 4,00€ (VAT inclusive) up to 2 kg + 1,00€ for every extra kg all over Greece
- For orders concerning specifically Cyprus, the shipping cost is 15,00€ (VAT inclusive) up to 2 kg + 4,50€ for every extra kg and can be delivered from one to two working days.
- For orders concerning specifically Bulgaria, the shipping cost is 7,00€ (VAT inclusive) up to 2 kg + 1,50€ for every extra kg and can be delivered from one to four working days.
-For orders outside Greece the cost is the value provided in detail on the order prior it is submitted to the Online Store. There may be extra charges based on customs duties, customs clearance and other country specific features for which our company has no responsibility.
