Capita Γυναικεία Σανίδα Snowboard Birds Of A Feather 2027

The CAPiTA Birds of a Feather Women's Snowboard 2027 is designed for riders looking for a versatile all-mountain snowboard that combines freestyle performance, responsiveness and adaptability across different resort terrain. As a women's-specific technical adaptation of CAPiTA's best-selling D.O.A. series, it brings together the performance characteristics of the original design with flex patterns and geometry developed to suit women's riding preferences.

At the heart of its performance is the RESORT V1 + Flat Kick Tech profile. This hybrid design combines the benefits of traditional camber, zero camber and reverse camber. It delivers the pop and response associated with a cambered snowboard, alongside the predictability and easier turn initiation of zero camber or reverse camber shapes. This combination creates a versatile riding experience for freestyle manoeuvres and all-mountain exploration.

The TRUE TWIN shape features a symmetrical design that allows riders to perform equally in both directions. Combined with the BLENDED RADIAL sidecut and a twin flex of 5.5, the Birds of a Feather offers a balanced construction suited to resort riding, with versatility for jumps, jibbing, groomers and powder.

Its lightweight construction is built around the P2 SUPERLIGHT™ CORE, an extremely lightweight and versatile core designed to combine high impact resistance with maximum pop. This provides an energetic foundation for freestyle riding while maintaining a lightweight snowboard construction.

For additional precision and reduced weight, the HYBRID CARBON HOLYSHEET™ BI/BI + MAGIC BEAN™ RESIN construction incorporates carbon additives directly into the HOLYSHEET™ fibreglass. Developed through collaboration with CAPiTA's glass supplier, this construction improves precision during the layup process while significantly reducing weight.

Underneath, the QUANTUM DRIVE™ BASE features a progressive blend of compressed ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene. Developed as an evolution of the ULTRADRIVE™ running base, it offers higher density for increased durability and absorbs more wax to maintain longer-lasting glide and speed. With proper maintenance, this sintered base provides a combination of speed and durability.

Completing its construction, the PLT TOPSHEET TECHNOLOGY™ is an exclusive CAPiTA manufacturing process that bonds the topsheet to an already pressed snowboard. This creates a featherlight, smooth and high-gloss finish without using solvents or toxic lacquers during finishing.

Versatile, lightweight and designed for all-mountain and freestyle riding, the CAPiTA Birds of a Feather 2027 combines a women's-specific design, hybrid camber profile and carbon-reinforced construction for riders looking to enjoy jumps, jibbing, groomers and powder with one adaptable snowboard.
