Capita Ανδρική Σανίδα Snowboard Sidewinder 2027

The CAPiTA Sidewinder Men's Snowboard 2027 is designed for riders who prioritise carving precision, edge control and powerful turns across resort terrain. Built as a dedicated carving snowboard, it combines a directional shape, a powerful camber profile and carefully tuned torsional flex to deliver a responsive riding experience. From early-morning groomers to fast turns throughout the resort, the Sidewinder is developed for riders who enjoy driving their snowboard on edge and making precise, controlled turns.

At the heart of its performance is the ALPINE V3 Directional Camber profile. This construction features a low-rise camber that transitions to zero camber before the end of the sidecut. The small zero-camber sections provide a more controlled ride while retaining the response and power associated with a traditional cambered snowboard.

The DIRECTIONAL shape with a 0.8-inch setback works alongside the PROGRESSIVE sidecut to support its carving-focused design. Elongated blend curves allow for easier turn entry, while the tapered silhouette and articulated tail contribute to powerful turn exits. Combined with a directional flex of 5.5, this construction is developed for riders seeking responsive performance and precision when carving on groomed terrain.

At the core of its construction is the DUAL CORE, which combines a lightweight, poppy Poplar core with Beech wood for increased power and durability. This combination provides a dependable foundation for the snowboard, balancing lightweight construction with the strength required for responsive riding.

For additional power and response, the 2 x 20 mm CARBON ARAMID BOOSTERS integrate carbon fibre reinforcement into the snowboard. Carbon fibre is recognised for its rigidity, high tensile strength, low weight, high-temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion. CAPiTA uses different adaptations of carbon fibre thickness, width, weight and weave to enhance power and response while maintaining lightweight construction.

The SPECIAL BLEND FIBERGLASS + MAGIC BEAN™ RESIN construction uses an eco-friendly wet lay-up process. This process requires lower energy consumption and delivers higher technical properties. Its adhesion process also improves the factory's working environment by avoiding some of the harsh chemical characteristics found in resins used by other factories.

Underneath, the QUANTUM DRIVE™ BASE features a progressive blend of compressed ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene. Developed as an evolution of the ULTRADRIVE™ running base, it offers higher density for increased durability and absorbs more wax to support longer-lasting glide and speed. With proper maintenance, this sintered base delivers the speed and durability sought by high-performance snowboard riders.

Precise, responsive and purpose-built for carving, the CAPiTA Sidewinder 2027 combines directional shaping, Alpine V3 camber, a reinforced dual core and a high-performance sintered base for riders looking to make powerful turns and maximise their resort riding experience.
